The Financial Planning Analyst will play a key role in the organization by developing models to analyze, forecast, and budget critical business information including financials and operational KPIs.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a primary Finance business partner for assigned client groups and business units and assist in budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, and general business support.
  • Develop financial and operational models to analyze trends in sales, expenses, and other KPIs to provide insights and accurately forecast the business.  
  • Generate internal management reporting including PowerPoint presentations for month-end close, quarterly business reviews, annual budget presentations, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Track cross-functional projects including CapEx and OpEx spend, as well as measuring savings and efficiencies generated.
  • Support projects that will improve financial performance, financial compliance, and process efficiencies. 
What You’ll Bring 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related area
  • Highly analytical, accurate, organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excel proficiency (modeling and forecasting); PowerPoint or other graphics presentation capability preferred
  • Highly process-oriented
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the toy, entertainment or consumer products industries is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role is a plus

Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $73,000 - $92,000 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Work Environment 
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
This position is based in Everett, WA (HQ).
